The Bohart Museum is free for individuals and families to walk-in and explore. If you are a group (eg scout, class, camp or homeschool) please pre-arrange a fee-based tour. If you are a UC Davis class, group, lab or club, fees are waived, but please make advance arrangements with us.
Hours for the public to visit:
June 17-August 27: ONLY Tuesdays: 9:00 am-Noon & 1:00-4:30 pm
We will be closed to the general public from September 1-22.
Over the 2024 summer, Mondays and Fridays are for research. Tuesdays are reserved for walk-in visitors and Wednesdays & Thursdays are for pre-arranged programs.
Saturday, July 20 is our special Moth Night, a free, public open house from 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
